Participants must be Saudi nationals.

Each team is allowed to choose only one track from the available categories when participating as a team.

The team leader is responsible for accurately and completely registering all team members’ information. If any member’s data is incomplete, the organizing committee reserves the right to disqualify the team.

Attendance is mandatory for all selected participants during the Geodevthon days held in Riyadh on the announced dates. A team will be considered withdrawn if it fails to attend the competition venue on time.

Participants are responsible for covering their own travel, transportation, accommodation, equipment, and any related costs.

Participants must maintain professional conduct and mutual respect throughout the Geodevthon event.

Each team must consist of a minimum of three and a maximum of five members.

Participants must accurately complete all required information through the official registration platform. Applications submitted through other means will not be considered.

Participants must complete a declaration form confirming the accuracy and authenticity of the submitted information at all Geodevthon stages. The organizing committee reserves the right to disqualify participants in case of any false information.

All solutions and ideas remain the intellectual property of the participating team, while the organizing committee reserves the right to use them for media documentation or non-commercial display purposes.

The organizing committee reserves the right to disqualify any team or participant in case of rule violations or unprofessional behavior that affects the team experience or competition progress.
